The Babysitter Who Had Five

Last week I left my friend’s baby cousins at this one girl baby-sitter named Jenny. She was all hyped up and excited about getting to watch the 5 cute babies. I installed cameras all around the house she was going to watch the babies in so I could see everything that was going to happen. I thought it would be a great idea to see how she does. What I was thinking was, this was going to be good.

When the day came, I sat down in my house and relaxed in front of my TV to watch the “show.” At first the babies were just playing with their rattles in their playpen and being entertained with each other. When she let them out of the playpen to crawl they just scattered everywhere and crawled all over the place. I could tell from the look on her face that she was thinking she shouldn’t have let them out of the playpen. She chased after them like crazy.

She eventually got them all back into the playpen and decided to relax and watch some TV. One of the babies was big enough to get out of the pen by herself. And that’s exactly what she did when Jenny wasn’t paying attention. I laughed because she didn’t even have a clue!

When she noticed, (about 10 minutes later) she went crazy. Like she was turning all red and screaming with her arms waving like crazy all over her head while she was running all around the house. I don’t know why she was going psycho and freaking out because the babies were on the couch right across from her! When she was talking to herself saying things like,” Oh no, oh no, oh no, they’re gonna kill me!” And also she said, “Where could those devil babies be! When I get them they’re gonna get a spanky!”

Then she came back to the living room and noticed they were one the couch right across from where she was.

She seemed to have relaxed, and then sat down to watch more TV. The babies looked like they were about to cry so she went to make them dinner. She made them some TV dinner type things that had macaroni, corn, pudding, and a small juice. When all five TV dinners were ready she carried them to the table, then she went to get all five babies and put them in their high chairs, and then put the food on their high chair tray. The little babies devoured their food and then, eventually, they all fell asleep. Jenny got all of them out of their high chairs and put them in their cribs. She came back to the living room and smiled the whole time she was watching TV. I thought it was a pretty funny afternoon.
