This New York love comedy is hilarious and sad AND joyful! Gabe and Rosemary are 11 year old tweens in Manhatten. The movie shows the real Manhattan and not the fake ones with a very high crime rate.
Rosemary and Gabe are 11 year old tweens in a small love. They have known each other since they were in diapers. They now find themselves in a New York love story. Now, I was told not to tell any more secrets…
I liked how the boys reacted when they got touched by a girl in Kindergarten. They acted as if they were gonna die, and it was rolling-on-the-floor-laughing funny! Also when Gabe says to Rosemary “I hate you” she leaves and everywhere he looks he sees love or something saying “I didn’t mean it rosemary!” or “I love you rosemary!”. I also liked it when they showed a hobo saying “Don’t trust women! They’ll leave you on the floor bleeding and begging for mercy!” Laugh Out Loud most of the film! Also it gave mixed feelings for watchers such as… sadness, happiness, laughing, etc…
“What I didn’t like was there was too much advertising in the movie…”Jacob said. I do not agree with him because if you went to Manhattan, you wouldn’t notice. And I cannot tell a lie to like 1000+ people so I can say that I loved the whole thing!
